News Letter 008 【Basic Logistics in Vietnam①】 Export Customs Clearance

Thank you very much for your continued support.

This is a newsletter from Dragon Logistics.

In this newsletter, we would like to explain about export customs clearance as part of the Basic Logistics in Vietnam Explanation Series.

For this case, we are assuming the case of an export from a company in Vietnam to an overseas country by ship or aircraft.

The normal export shipping process is as follows. One major difference from Japan is that in Japan, declarations are usually made to customs offices located at the port or airport of the exporting country (Yokohama Customs, Narita Airport Customs, etc.), whereas in Vietnam, declarations are made to the customs offices in charge in each region.

The handling of some cases may differ depending on the status of the company. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact to our staff or the contact information below.

We will explain the import procedures in the next newsletter.

Warm Regards

Dragon Logistics Co., Ltd.
