Warehousing
(General, Bonded)
We provide high quality warehousing services in northern and southern Vietnam with our own operations, including accurate inventory and lot management using WMS, and logistics processing such as packing and labeling. Customs procedures related to bonded warehousing is one of our strengths.
1.WMS (Warehouse Management System)
We operate a warehouse management system developed in Japan. Customers can directly check inventory quantities and other information via the system. We ensure accurate shipping, inventory, and lot control.
2.Cargo Inspection, Labelling, Packing services
We provide receiving cargo inspection, labelling, and packing services in our warehouse.
3.VMI（Vendor Management Inventory）
In Vietnam, it is possible for non-residents to have bonded inventory. We store bonded inventory from many overseas customers such as Japanese, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, China etc., and deliver it to manufacturing plants in Vietnam on a "Just In Time basis."

- We don't have any entity in Vietnam. Can we hold inventry by the name of foreign company?
- We have a lot of non-resident inventory in our bonded warehouse. Please contact us from the inquiry window below for information on procedures.
- We are EPE company in Vietnam. Can we store our materials in Dragon's warehouse?
- Yes you can store your material stock in our General warehouse. Depends on the location of the EPE company, we will propose suitable solutions. Please contact us through inquiry form.
- Can we do packing in Bonded warehouse?
- There are cases in which packing and other operations are allowed in bonded warehouses under certain conditions. We would make a proposal according to the case, so please contact us.
Domestic Transportation
We provide a wide range of services including container transportation to/from ports for export /import, small-lot transportation, and north-south transportation using domestic vessels. We also work with shipping companies and cargo owners on container round-use, in which import containers are reused for exports.
1. Container transportation, Container Round Use
We provide container transportation services for import/export. Our drivers are well trained in accordance with the safety standards of each shipper's plant. We also work on container round-use by utilizing the depot function of our bases in order to reduce transporting of empty containers.
2. JIT Delivery
We provide JIT delivery services according to customers production plan.
3. North South Transportation
We provide door to door North-South transportation services. The service also apply for North-Middle, Middle-South transportation as well. (Container size only)

- What do we need to start Container Round Use?
- In order to use round-use containers, ①the container shipping company must approve the use of round-use containers ② Imports and exports must be handled by the same container shipping company and also by the same NVOCC ③ the volume and timing of imports and exports must be matched. We will make proposals in accordance with each situation, so please contact us for more information.
- Can you tell the lead time of north-south transportation?
- 2 days by land transportation, 5-7days by ocean transporrtation

- How many days do you take for import Customs clearance?
- In case the importer have history for importing the cargo, it will be 1-2days after cargo and documents arrival.
- We are planning to purchase equipment from overseas. What documents do I need to prepare in advance?
- The response will vary depending on the type of equipment (HS code), country of origin, and whether it is new or used. Please send us the information and we will confirm with the customs office in charge of import clearance.
Installation/
Transportation of equipment
We provide full range of services for installation work of new equipment, from import / transportation to factories. We also support tax exemption procedures and consultation on import licenses. We have extensive experience in importing used equipment as well.
1. Installation of new equipment, line expansion
We provide transportation and carry-in services for both imported and domestically procured equipment. After sufficient discussions in advance, we will unload the equipment at the factory site, carry it into the factory building, and roughly place it according to the layout.
2. Factory layout changes
We can move the equipment due to layout changes in the factory. We will dispatch experienced supervisors and workers to complete the work safely.
3. Import used equipment
There are certain conditions for importing used equipment into Vietnam. We will check each case individually depending on the type of equipment, year of manufacture, etc.

- We are planning to import used machinery to Vietnam. What should I do to make sure that import is possible?
- We will check based on the year of manufacture and HS code of the machine to be imported. We will separately confirm what kind of documents are required for prior confirmation.
- We are planning to import machinery to an EPE company. Please tell me about the procedures.
- We will have meeting with the customs which the EPE company locates. More detailed explanation may be required, so please contact our sales.
